Olive Branch Ministries is located in the Cedar Grove neighborhood, City Council District D. It was established in January 2000 as a non-profit organization, whose primary goals are economic and cummunity development.

The mission of Olive Branch Ministries is "To engage the community of Cedar Grove and surrounding areas to partner with other organizations and programs to renew, restore and revitalize this great neighborhood".

The six (6) board members and a number of motivated volunteers contribute a diverse background of professionalism in planning and implementing community projects to improve and enhance the quality of life for area residents. The various backgrounds of the board members include business owners, accountants, and entrepreneurs who provide their expertise and finances in fulfilling the mission of theis organization.

Olive Branch ministries currently conducts a number of programs including neighborhood clean-ups, homebuyer workships, community awareness meetings, health fairs, Women, Youth and Men Educational Conferences, and tutorial and computer labs for youth and adults.
